The Dyslexia Nobody Sees — Watch The Recording

Dyslexics, at the outset, don't usually realise they are dyslexic. Sometimes, through masking strategies such as hard work, their dyslexia remains hidden from view. When this happens, their dyslexia may be picked up in their mid- to late teens, in adulthood, or... never.

Or sometimes, a child receives a dyslexia diagnosis with some recommendations for support, but the full extent of their dyslexia and its future impact on their learning is still not understood.

In both cases, learning crises lie ahead which will result in stress, self-doubt, often exam anxiety, and sometimes quitting school or college altogether.

With a deeper understanding of how dyslexics naturally think and learn, this can be prevented. When dyslexics are taught how to learn in ways that harmonise with who they are, learning becomes enjoyable and easy.
