With over 20 years of experience helping individuals unlock their natural learning talents, Richard is known for his insightful, empowering approach to neurodiversity.
As Director of Davis UK & Ireland, he has worked with parents, educators, and adults across the UK and beyond, challenging conventional thinking about learning difficulties and offering proven, practical solutions that change lives.

Sue Bernardé

Sue Bernardé is an experienced educator, SpLD tutor and specialist in dyslexia and neurodiversity, with over 20 years in child and adult education. A former lecturer in Early Years and Childhood Studies, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Child Development and is a member of PATOSS and the British Psychological Society.
As both a professional and parent of two dyslexic sons, Sue discovered the life-changing impact of the Davis® Methods—transforming her children’s futures and inspiring her own work as a licensed Davis® Facilitator. Today, she helps others unlock confidence, self-esteem, and lasting success through this empowering approach.
