A 2-day workshop:
Saturday 19th — Sunday 20th December 2026*
9:00 a.m. — 4:30 pm
How do you help a client find the motivation to transform their learning — maintain that motivation — and take responsibility for carrying it forward?
This workshop gives Davis Facilitators and trainees a clearer understanding of what motivation and responsibility are, how they develop, and how to support them throughout a programme. You will explore how to build motivation, how to pass responsibility to the client, and how to guide parents in nurturing motivation and responsibility in their child after a programme. We will also look at common mistakes that can undermine progress and how to avoid them.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
Recognise and build motivation in a client
Support a client in developing responsibility
Pass responsibility to the client effectively
Avoid common mistakes that can cause a programme to falter
Guide parents in nurturing responsibility in their child
Who can attend: This workshop is exclusively for Davis Facilitators and trainees. Attendance is required at least once, either during training or within the first year after licensing.
*If you cannot attend on these dates, please reach out to us; we may be able to arrange a second workshop on another set of dates.
