With over 20 years of experience helping individuals unlock their natural learning talents, Richard is known for his insightful, empowering approach to neurodiversity.
As Director of Davis UK & Ireland, he has worked with parents, educators, and adults across the UK and beyond, challenging conventional thinking about learning difficulties and offering proven, practical solutions that change lives.
Richard’s presentations are engaging, insightful, and packed with actionable strategies—whether you’re supporting a child, working in education, or navigating your own learning challenges.
Kirstie Philpot

Kirstie Philpot is a passionate learning guide and licensed Davis® Facilitator, dedicated to helping children and adults understand their unique learning styles and harness the power of picture thinking and focused attention. She works holistically to address the root causes of learning challenges—not just the symptoms—offering a transformative approach to dyslexia, autism, and ADHD.
Drawing on personal experience navigating both mainstream and home education with her two neurodivergent children, Kirstie brings deep empathy and insight to her work. In 2020, she co-founded an alternative home education project to support families whose children thrived outside the conventional school system. Today, she empowers individuals to unlock their innate gifts, take charge of their learning journey, and experience the ease and confidence that comes from truly understanding how they think and learn.
